• Form submissions you choose to send us: email address, Instagram handle, website, club name, and any other fields you complete on our signup or registration forms.
• Anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, device type, country, referrer, time on page). We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics.
• No payment information is ever collected by the Site.

• To respond to form submissions and contact you about events, club listings, or community features.
• To understand which pages and clubs are popular so we can improve the Site.
• To send occasional email updates if you opt in to a signup form. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to the email or contacting us.

• Supabase (database hosting) — stores form submissions securely. EU-hosted.
• Vercel (web hosting) — serves the Site and may log basic request data.
• Google Analytics (analytics) — receives anonymous usage data only after you accept cookies.
• Slack — we receive a notification when you submit a form. Notifications stay private to the Rafiki Works team.
• We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

We use one set of cookies: Google Analytics. These cookies are only set after you click “Accept” on the consent banner. Click “Decline” to use the Site without analytics cookies.

You can clear or block these cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Images on the Site representing clubs, runners, locations, and events are sourced from publicly available materials (club websites, public social media, organisations’ public pages, scraped from public running directories, or supplied directly by clubs). They are used in good faith for community-building and discovery purposes only. myrun.club does not claim ownership of these images.

If you are the owner or subject of an image, club logo, brand mark, or piece of content on the Site and would like it removed, please email greg@rafiki.works. We will remove the asset within 5 business days of verification, no questions asked.
